Brooklyn Museum - First Saturday of the Month on 2/2

The list below is just some of the events happenings that will take place this Saturday.

6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Music @Hall of the Americas, 1st Floor
Internationally known pipa player/vocalist Min Xiao-Fen's Blue Pipa Trio plays traditional Chinese music, modern compositions, and interpretations of American jazz.
6:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. Dance Performance @Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
Acclaimed dance group Keigwin + Company presents the stunning piece, "Love Songs," following vibrant dance solos and a duet by Sounds of Korea. Free tickets (330) are available at the Visitor Center at 5:30 p.m.
8:30 p.m. Film @Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
See the Oscar-nominated film Eat Drink Man Woman (Ang Lee, 1994, 123 min., NR), about family, love, and bittersweet surprises. Free tickets are available (330) at the Visitor Center at 7:30p.m.
9:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Karaoke @Hall of the Americas, 1st Floor
Visitors are invited to sing their hearts out in an unprecedented karaoke session.
9:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Dance Party @Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion, 1st Floor
Salsa the night away with the famous DJ Henry Knowles. Dance lesson begins an hour before


Please note that due to limited capacities, some Target First Saturday programs require tickets. Ticket lines often form 30 minutes before ticket distribution at the Visitor Center located in the Rubin Lobby.
