La Superior Featured in Time Out

PS...we checked out LA SUPERIOR on Monday - DELICIOUS....especially the dunked sandwich and fresh watermelon juice. I think we will be back there this evening before checking out the Antics Pre APW party

From TIMEOUT:

La Superior The industrial Billyburg space that was briefly home to Kate’s Brooklyn Joint now houses this Mexican cantina. Owners Iris Avelar and Felipe Mendez offer Latin American street food like the Guadalajara staple torta ahogada (pork confit with hot sauce on sourdough bread) and esquites (corn kernels served in their own broth with cheese, lime and mayonnaise). A liquor license is forthcoming; housemade juices pick up the slack until then. 295 Berry St between South 2nd and 3rd Sts, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (718-388-5988)
