This is NYC's largest Block Party boasting 23 streets of car free music and arts. Our personal picks include: SANDA & THE HATS: romanian gypsy songs & german cabaret, MURAL making workshop at El Museo del Barrio and JOSH the JUGGLER in front of the MET.
