Free yoga in Prospect Park, Brooklyn this Thursday from 7pm -8pm!

Angela is a great teacher and it will be fun but hard work.
I went to Annie Wong's class on Sunday ( 7/18) and it was really good.
I felt great the rest of the day.
I highly recommend coming out to the last few classes that are left in the park.

All classes are on the Long Meadow by the Army Plaza entrance.
I would suggest going early if you like getting the prefect spot.
